Newcomer Concrete was founded in 1980. We specialize in site concrete construction throughout Ohio and it’s surrounding states. NCS is a heavy & highway contractor signatory to the Laborers, Cement Masons, and Operators unions. NCS has a tremendous amount of experience completing numerous types of projects, large and small. Project types we have experience with include commercial, public, private, and subdivisions. We have completed curbs, curb & gutters, parking lots, streets, landscapes, pavements, sidewalks, drives, aprons, steps, and specialty structures.
