Neil Avenue: NCS’ work on the Neil Avenue Improvements was completed in the Fall of 2002.

Cannon Drive S-Curve: NCS’s work on Cannon Drive South Curve was completed in the Fall of 2004. NCS self performed the removal and replacement of all existing sidewalk, pavement, and curb.

The project consisted of:

15,750 sf        10” Reinforced Pavement

1,440 lf         2’ Wide 10”T Curb & Gutter

1,950 sf          5.5” Sidewalk

South Oval Underdrain: NCS’ work on South Oval was completed in the Fall of 2005.

The project consisted of:

Phase I:        Install pipe, stone, & rough grade

Phase II:      Fine grade, rock hound,                         hydroseed, fertilize, and mulch

Baker Hall 11th Avenue: NCS’ work on Baker Hall 11th Avenue was completed in the Fall of 2005.
